Staging & Configuration

Staging provides secure and controlled storage and tracking of your equipment to enable you to have complete control of your device estate.   Configuration services provide consistency and reliability to every device to meet your application requirements.  Prior to installation we stage & configure all your devices including:

  • Storage and stock control of pre-installation and service spares pool equipment
  • Out-of-box testing to identify and remove DOA failures
  • Custom software applications loaded
  • Device settings loaded
  • Network settings loaded
  • Device management software loaded
  • Device tests prior to installation of new solution or dispatch of spares pool equipment
  • Asset management services, including client system administration

Deployment & Installation

Deployments and installation need to be carried out at times that cause the least disruption and impact on business operations.  Trained project managers over see the development and deployment of the mobile applications to ensure project deadline are met, including but not limited to;

  • Design and development of mobile applications
  • Server based software installed and tested prior to handover
  • Middleware interface software installed and test prior to handover
  • Mobile computer hardware & software installed and tested prior to handover
  • Mobile printer hardware, software and media tested prior to handover
  • Wireless site survey and commissioning to meet application requirements
  • Device management software installed and tested prior to handover
  • Training programs designed and provided to key operators and support staff
  • Asset management and reporting is provided using device management software
